Shipping and Delivery
Microtimes is committed to ensuring your orders are dispatched swiftly and delivered safely to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery policy.
Processing Time: All orders received before 3 PM will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 3 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping Methods: We offer several delivery options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) – Typically delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) – Generally delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- Special Delivery (Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery) – Delivered on the next working day before 1 PM after dispatch.
- Next Day Delivery (DPD) – Delivered on the next working day after dispatch.
Please note that our delivery services are available only to UK mainland addresses.
Remote Areas and Exceptions: Next Day Delivery may not be available for certain postcodes. If your location falls within one of these, we will contact you with the best available options. Additional fees may also apply for certain postcodes; we will inform you during the checkout process if this is the case.
Expected Delivery Time: For orders placed before 3 PM on a working day, expect your package to be delivered the next working day. If you place an order after 3 PM, your package will be dispatched the following working day and should arrive within 2 working days after the order date. Once your order has been dispatched, the courier service will notify you of the expected delivery time.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer specific time slots or weekend deliveries at this time.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any goods to us unless the items are found faulty. In such cases, please contact us to receive a return authorisation number before shipping.
